一、 处罚目的
本违规管理机制本着公开透明的原则,与供应商建立稳固优良的合作伙伴关系,同时为进一步加强供应商的监督管理,以维护双方利益和权益的前提,规范供应商合作工作程序及进行违约失信行为惩处,共同优化客户购买体验。
二、 处罚类型
JoomPro有权对违反相关规则的合作商家采取的处理措施包括:
1、扣分;
2、承担订单履行责任;
3、限权;
4、清退。
三、 处罚统计周期
JoomPro RFQ项目目前对供应商的违规处罚计算方式采用扣分累积制,处理扣分按行为年累计计算,行为年是指每项违规行为的扣分都会被记365天,每季度统计一次商家的扣分情况。

分数按行为年累计计算,行为年是指每项违规行为的扣分都会被记365天,已被关闭账号处罚的除外。每季度统计卖家分数. The score deduction will cumulate on yearly basis, all the violation activities will keep in record for 365 days, except for those already managed out. Merchant score will be reviewed quarterly. |

限权包括但不限于暂停参与RFQ报价,商品屏蔽,限制发品和编辑等动作。 Rights constraint include but not limited to the suspension of RFQ , product blocked and new listing post & edition. |

用户累计罚分达到40分或以上的,JoomPro将对商家挪进“watching list",要求商家整改其行为,并由客户经理对其进行相关培训,期间停止与其新的订单合作。 If a merchant with cumulated deduction score hit 40 points, then such merchant will move into watching list. Merchant needs to take course to be trained to performance properly and during the period, stop new orders cooperation. |

如用户违规情节特别严重,JoomPro有权立即单方解除合作关系、关闭帐号;并有权作出在Joom集团内其他平台进行公示,给予关联处罚及/或永久不予合作等的处理。 If merchant is with serious violation activities, JoomPro have the right to end the cooperation relationship and shutdown merchant's account to be a RFQ partner. In addition, JoomPro will reserve the rights to share the information to internal other platforms to blacklist the merchant for any cooperation opportunities. |
