In order to register as a new merchant, you have to pass our assessment first. If you have not sent an application yet, please refer to the article: How to become a merchant on JoomPro?
Application
- After leaving your information on our website, you will receive a confirmation email with a questionnaire.
- Our specialists will look into the information you provided in the questionnaire, and select the merchants that we are looking forward to working with.
- If you're selected, you will receive an invitation with your signup link through email.
Registration and account activation
Please open the invitation letter from JoomPro with your signup information:
- Follow the signup link and enter your login and password;
- Click the "sign in" button;
- Fill out all your account information, including:
- KYC profile (What is KYC Profile?).
- Contact information
- Payment information - Your account will be activated as soon as you fill in all the necessary information and pass KYC identification (it may take 2-3 business days).
- Create a store (store name will be visible for customers) and fill in the store information, upload pictures of your factory.
⚠️ We recommend you to open only ONE store, so that you won't bother to fill the "store ID" column in the CSV file while uploading products. If you are a wholesale distributor, and represent numerous factories, we suggest you to open a separate store for each factory you exclusively represent.
Payment information
Filling in you bank account information during the registration process is crucially important, as we will use this information to proceed the payments to you. For more details, please go to the Payments article.
