Requirements for products

Due to the quantity of the orders on our platform, we have some requirements and restrictions for the products that you are about to upload. Please make sure that you are familiar with all of our requirements before starting selling on JoomPro.

 

1. Allowed items according to custom policies

Due to the import regulations of different countries/regions, there is a list of products that we can ship:

  • clothing;
  • shoes;
  • home products;
  • electronics*;
  • sports/leisure products;
  • bags and cases;
  • accessories;
  • perfume and toilet water*;
  • cosmetics;
  • household goods.

*Please note: if your products contain batteries, accumulators or flammable liquids, it is necessary that you have the additional documents as following:
- the MSDS certificate (valid for the whole calendar year when your products are to be shipped);
- a letter of guarantee from the sender (with the seal and signature stating that the information about the shipment is in accordance with the MSDS certificate);
- in some cases additional documentation may be needed by the authorities.

 

2. Prohibited items according to custom policies

  • jewelry, bijouterie and decoration items;
  • cars, auto parts and tires;
  • tobacco products;
  • chemistry;
  • medical devices;
  • fur;
  • limited circulation goods (security cameras, signal transmitting devices, telephones, etc.);
  • precious metals;
  • weapons and ammunition;
  • works of art;
  • cameras.
